We were totally into the Pokémon Go craze for a bit (like everyone else). The girls loved borrowing my phone and playing with the Pokémon to hear what noises they made. When Halloween rolled around, it was obvious what they were going to pick, it was just a question of which Pokémon. The Larva picked Pikachu which was no surprise.
Thankfully Pikachu was a pretty straight forward costume. The trickiest parts were getting the ears and tail to stay upright.
We did a Pokémon Go themed holiday card that year too which was fun.
