This costume was made specifically for a photoshoot dmk26 wanted to do. He wanted to do a desert photoshoot with something flowy that would catch the wind like the costumes from Hero. I modeled my design after that and threw in some extra bits to make it more interesting.
I only spent a couple days on this costume but I think it worked very well for what dmk26 wanted. Having a great photographer is a good way to make up for a very boring outfit. =D
I’d like to note now that the actors in Hero either have mad kung-fu-hair skillz or really good hairdressers ’cause I dunno how they managed to do those scenes with all that wind whipping up everything and yet miraculously, their hair still looks great.
