The Larva needed a Halloween costume and I also wanted to dress her up for the Star Wars exhibit at the San Jose Tech Museum, so I decided to go with the tried and true classic: an ewok.
This was just a simple mod on a purchased costume: I bought the bear suit off of eBay, took off the bow it came with, and made a hood. Tada: EWOK!
We had a lot of fun taking her around the Star Wars exhibit and we got a lot of fun comments. Now I need to think of something for her to wear for Star Wars Celebrations next year…
ETA: The Grub wore this costume for our Star Wars holiday card. Yay for more mileage on a cute, easy costume!
