For Costume College, we decided to do a Downton Abbey / Edwardian maid group. It’s a simple costume but I had a lot of fun making it. The black dress has completely functional buttons, which is an achievement for me because I usually just fake the buttons, and all the lace is vintage.
Christine was pregnant at the time, so we had fun taking photos of head maid Vivien scolding us for “getting above our station”. =D
